Patti Fox: A Mother’s Fight for Her Daughter, Victims’ Rights, and Accountability

via IFTTT In this special interview on the Conservative TAKE, Kyle Suggs sits down with Patti Fox, a former high school classmate and mother whose life changed dramatically after her daughter, Carissa, was critically injured in a March 2025 hit-and-run crash in Aurora, Colorado.

According to Patti, the driver responsible was in the United States illegally and was driving without a valid license or insurance.

Carissa suffered a catastrophic traumatic brain injury that has left her requiring extensive medical care and daily assistance. Patti shares what life has been like for their family since the crash, the challenges of navigating medical care and support services, and her continued hope for Carissa’s recovery.

The conversation also covers Patti’s work advocating for victims of violent crime, her testimony before lawmakers, and her participation in a Department of Justice discussion on victims’ rights and public safety.
