There’s been a lot of talk about the number of neo-Nazis living in Ukraine.
According to Putin, the country is flooded with them, but nobody wants to take Putin’s word for it.
But we can’t deny what we’ve seen with our own eyes.
So many members of the Ukraine Army have neo-Nazi tattoos and they’re not embarrassed about it or trying to hide it.
It really appears to be a “proud” part of their culture.
The mainstream media basically ignored the Neo-Nazi stuff, but after many in right-wing media outlets noticed the swastikas and started calling them out, the group tried to “re-brand” themselves.

wsws.org reported that following the surrender of hundreds of its members to Russian forces in the city of Mariupol, Ukraine’s Azov Battalion has undertaken a PR rebranding effort to distance itself from its neo-Nazi background by introducing a new chevron which Azov refers to as “Three Swords,” or a golden trident. The symbol will be used by the newly created Azov Special Forces Unit based in Kharkov.
The “Three Swords” refers specifically to a monument installed at the Azov Regiment’s base in Mariupol. Oleksyi Reins, a member of the Azov Battalion described it as a “symbol of military glory and promise of revenge on its enemies.”
Previously, Azov forces used a Nazi-linked Wolfsangel symbol that Azov claims represents the “idea of the nation,” and which unites the letters “I” and “N” in old cyrillic script. In reality, the insignia is a blatant copy of the Wolfsangel symbol, which was widely used by various Nazi military formations, including several SS divisions that committed massacres during World War II.
But it appears to be more than just this one group of fighters.
On June 8th, Reuters published this article titled: “Russia pushes Ukrainian forces to outskirts of key eastern city”
When you scroll down the article, there are a set of 24 images you can scroll through and when you get to the 4th photo, you’ll see this picture of a man looking inside van that’s riddled with bullet holes.
The caption of the image says this: “A local resident inspects a damaged van following a military strike, amid Russia’s attack on Ukraine, at a residential area in Kharkiv, Ukraine June 8, 2022. REUTERS/Ivan Alvarado”
Nothing really shocking, right?
But when people zoomed in on the photo, they were horrified at the man’s tattoo.
It’s a giant swastika.
Here’s what people online are saying:
“Wow just some random guy happens to have a swastika? Sounds like a bigger problem than we’re being told”
“Here’s a thought….both Russia and Ukraine are a**holes and we should stay out of this whole thing and worry about Americans”
“Dang the establishment legacy media can’t help but support nazis”
“Liberals call Trump supporters Nazis, while feverishly supporting people like this lol you can’t make up the stupidity”
“There must be a lot of Nazis in this region if Reuters couldn’t find a photo of a Ukrainian without a swastika tattoo.”
I don’t think we’re getting the whole story about what’s really going on in Ukraine.
Personally, I think both Russia and Ukraine have a lot of issues and they should work out their differences in the region, with their neighbors, and with no input from the American people, except for some humanitarian aid from private sources.
We have enough problems at home and the last thing we need to do is arm and fund an army of Nazis.
