Cambridge Dictionary has joined Merriam-Webster in the rush to woke-ism with new definitions for the words âmanâ and âwoman.â
In July, The Gateway Pundit reported that Merriam-Webster  updated their records to reflect the newly-approved Orwellian progressive terminology for defining what a woman actually is.
And now, Cambridge Dictionary has altered the definitions of the words âmanâ and âwomanâ to include people who identify as a gender other than their biological sex.
Â
The definition of woman, which previously represented the longstanding view on sex, now states that a woman is âan adult who lives and identifies as female though they may have been said to have a different sex at birth.â
Similarly, a man is now defined as âan adult who lives and identifies as male though they may have been said to have a different sex at birth.â
This change was met with pushback from many, who argued that redefining societyâs categorization of gender and sex is harmful and inaccurate.
Cambridge Dictionaryâs alteration of the words âwomanâ and âmanâ reflect a growing trend on the left to reject the once universally accepted usage of those categories.
