A woman from Ballarat who was arrested due to a Facebook post condemning a lockdown situation in totalitarian Australia has had her case thrown out of court after fighting the charges for two years.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Zoe Buhler, now 30, was charged with incitement after police raided her Ballarat home last 2020. She was pregnant when she was handcuffed in front of her children.
The police were seen in the viral video raiding Buhlerâs home and handcuffing her in front of her family. She had no idea she was breaking any laws. The police read her rights and then cuffed her.
âI wasnât breaking any laws by doing that,â Buhler told to a police officer.
âIâm happy to delete the post. This is ridiculous.â
âMy two kids are watching. I have an ultrasound in an hour, [and] Iâm happy to delete the post.â

In the end, all charges against Buhler were dropped after a three-day hearing.
ABC.au reported:
In a statement, Victoria Police said they withdrew the single charge following an assessment of the case, determining it was ânot in the public interest to continue with the prosecutionâ.
Ms Buhler, now 30 years old, said she was relieved but had âno regretsâ outside the court this morning.
âI think itâs disgusting our rights and freedoms were taken away. Iâve pretty much felt that way the whole time,â Ms Buhler said.
âIâll be considering my options going forward, especially with regards to being handcuffed while pregnant.â
Ms Buhler said she believed she had been experiencing Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and the legal costs of contesting the incitement charges had been a burden.
Costs will be agreed upon between the parties at a later date.
âThere was money raised to help with the costs of lawyers,â she added.
âI donât even know how much [it was]. A ridiculous amount.â
