In a letter to Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, 45 GOP representatives accuse the Biden administration of making an attempt to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from “within” by inserting new tips and restrictions upon how brokers can do their work.
